Skype-meeting for experts

On February 28, 2020 NAA’s leading specialists conducted a traditional skype-meeting for Rosobrnadzor’s certified experts participating in external review of educational activities.

NAA’s specialists informed about the procedure of the expert panel activity during external review, on the powers of the panel’s head and the powers of the expert panel members. Some attention was also given on qualification requirements for experts involved in conducting external review and the Expert’s Code as well as the experts’ certification procedure. Elena P. Bychkova, NAA’s specialist of the Experts Affairs Department, spoke about contractual relations with experts.
