On August 25, 2017, the leading specialists of NAA held a regular Skype-meeting for experts soon going on a site visit.

The Head of the Department for the Support of Accreditation Procedures Vladimir Karpenko reported about the interaction between an expert panel and an educational organization during external review. The Deputy Head of the Information and Analytical Department Natalya Sergeeva spoke about the requirements for filling in an expert’s report and conclusion. The speech by Elena Zakhvatova, Head of the Department for Innovative Development, was devoted to the main peculiarities of external reviews conducted against the Federal State Educational Standards of higher education (FSES HE). Elena Bychkova drew special attention to the topical issues of the Expert Relations Department, the Code of an Expert and the problems expert panel members face when getting reimbursement of travel and accommodation costs under civil law contracts.
