Further training programs “Training of expert candidates for state accreditation of educational activities”

June 10-11, 2019 NAA conducted a further vocational training programs “Training of expert candidates for state accreditation of educational activities”. The event was hosted by Belgorod State University of Arts and Culture.

Sergei Iv. Kurgansky, Rector of Belgorod State University of Arts and Culture, addressed the meeting and made welcoming remarks. M. Efimova, NAA’s Deputy Director, presented the report “Normative and legal support of the state accreditation procedure of educational activities”. NAA’s leading staff members and invited speakers continued the statements.

The program was designed to provide the discussion of the following issues:

          normative and legal support of the experts’ certification procedure;

          analysis of the information posted on an educational organization’s web site. Preparations for the external review;

          carrying out external review with / without a site-visit to an educational organization. The procedure of expert panel’s work;

          the procedure of external review of a basic study program during state accreditation;

          audit of a basic study program;

          formation of the reported documents based on the external review results;

          the state accreditation procedure in the electronic form;

          formation of skills while working with the CIS SA services in carrying out state accreditation in the e-form. The expert’s work in the Personal Account.
