On September 12-13, 2019 the seminar «Development and implementation of a basic study program against Federal State Educational Standards (FSES) requirements» was held in Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.

Karasev, Vice-Rector for Educational and Methodological Work, addressed the meeting and made welcoming remarks. Lemka Izmaylova, NAA’s Director, presented the report on a very challenging topic «Changes in legal and normative support of state accreditation of educational activities».

Elena Efimova, NAA’s Deputy Director, told the seminar’s participants about modern tools for assessing the quality of educational activities and the basic requirements for internal quality assurance. Shubaeva, Vice-Rector for Academic and Methodological Work, St. Petersburg State University of Economics; N.
