Changes in normative legal acts in the sphere of education are to be started at the beginning of the next year

The orders of the Federal Ministry of Education are coming into force

From January 2, 2023, the following orders of the Ministry of Education of the RF will come into force: dated November 16, 2022 № 992, dated November 16, 2022 № 993 and dated November 23, 2022 № 1014. The orders respectively approve the federal study program for primary general education, federal study program for basic general education and federal study program for secondary general education.

Organizations carrying out educational activities according to state-accredited basic general study programs develop appropriate programs in accordance with the requirements of federal state educational standards, as well as federal study programs for the corresponding level of general education.

The content for the federal general study programs is represented by educational and methodological documentation, namely: federal curriculum, federal academic schedule, federal work programs of subjects, courses, disciplines (modules), federal program on upbringing, federal schedule plan of tutorial work. The content for federal general education programs determines the basic volume and content of the corresponding level of general education that are common for the Russian Federation, as well as the expected learning outcomes on the general study program.
