The seminar «How to become an expert» took place on March 17.

Lemka S. Izmaylova, NAA’s Director, opened the event. Olga N. Kulkova, General Counsel of the Regulatory and Personnel Support Department, acquainted the participants with the normative and legal support of the state accreditation procedure. Elena V. Zabolotskaya, Head of the Expert Relations Department, told about the qualification requirements to the experts involved in conducting external reviews as well as the Code of Expert. Olga V. Zaitseva, Analyst of the Expert Relations Department, gave a report on the procedure for certification of experts taking part in external review. Vladimir I. Karpenko, Head of the Department for the Support of Accreditation Procedures, presented the procedure of panel’s work during external review, spoke about the powers of the panel’s head and the powers of the members of the expert panel. At the end of the webinar Elena V. Zakhvatova, Deputy Head of the Department for Innovative Development informed about the requirements for conducting external review of study programs.
