Seminar "State Regulation of Educational Activities for Secondary Vocational Education"

On September 26, 2020, a seminar for the representatives from Secondary Vocational Institutions was held

On September 26, 2020, NAA organized a seminar "Topical issues of the regulations of educational activities for secondary vocational institutions" in Vladikavkaz city. The event was attended by the representatives of 22 educational organizations and regional ministries of education, interested in obtaining clarifications on licensing, state control and supervision, state accreditation of educational activities, quality assessment of secondary vocational organizations.

Lemka Izmaylova, NAA’s Director, opened the event. In her report, she talks about the peculiarities of study programs’ implementation for Secondary Vocational Institutions in the North Caucasian Federal District; strategic socio-economic development of the North Caucasian Federal District until 2025; the requirements for assessing quality of a study program.

Elena Efimova, NAA’s Deputy Director, made a presentation on topical issues of state accreditation.

NAA’s leading specialists, experts of the Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science submitted reports on compliance of the content of the basic study programs of secondary education with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard. The representatives of the leading universities and secondary vocational schools shared their experience in the field of licensing, monitoring and supervision in education, preparing an educational organization for the external review of study programs of secondary vocational education.

Mikhail Petropavlovsky, NAA’s Deputy Director - Director of NAA’s branch, made the closing speech.

At the end of the seminar, the speakers responded to the questions from representatives.
