Training event in St. Petersburg State University of Economics

A seminar devoted to external evaluation of an educational organization’s activities was organized

On April 15-16, 2022, a seminar “Evaluation of an educational organization performance” was held. The event was conducted as part of a professional development program for representatives of St. Petersburg State University of Economics. More than 60 supervisors of basic study programs from the University took part in the seminar.

The event was organized in connection with the new legislation requirements in RF in the field of education and was aimed at studying and implementing in practice of tools for the education quality enhancement, at creating conditions for constant professional growth of the academic staff.

Lemka Izmaylova, NAA’s Director, and Igor Maksimtsev, Rector of St. Petersburg State University of Economics, opened the workshop with welcoming speeches.

NAA’s leading specialists made presentations devoted to external and internal quality assurance in education, preparation of assessment materials and staffing of study programs. The University’s representatives and experts from the National Accreditation Council for Business and Management Education shared their experience in developing assessment materials and in involving employers in assessing the quality of study programs.

Summing up the results NAA’s specialists responded the audience questions.
