Further professional training for the representatives of the Moscow Regional Research Clinical Institute named after M.F. Vladimirsky
On April 20-22, 2021 NAA held a seminar for the representatives of the Moscow Regional Research Clinical Institute named after M.F. Vladimirsky. The participants were informed about the development and implementation of a basic study program in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard.
On April 20, Lemka Izmaylova, NAA’s Director, opened the seminar with a presentation on the changes in the state accreditation procedure. From her speech, the audience learned about the current changes in the regulatory legal documentation governing the procedure of state accreditation; its modernization; the requirements for posting information on the educational organization’s website. Ms Izmaylova thanked the medical workers - representatives of the Moscow Regional Research Clinical Institute for their dedicated work and professionalism during the spread of the Coronavirus infection. Thanks to the unwavering devotion to their profession, the epidemiological situation in the Russian Federation remains stable.
Furthermore, NAA’s leading specialists made reports on filling out an application and preparing a package of documents for state accreditation; filling out the forms of data on study programs declared for state accreditation. Elena Avtenyeva, the Head of the Atomated Data Processing Department, gave practical recommendations on how to fill out an application for state accreditation of educational activities and paid special attention to the accuracy of the forms completion and relevance of the provided information.
The second day of the event was continued by the reports devoted to the legal regulation of the practical students’ training on medical residency programs; professional and public accreditation of degree programs, the main stages of preparing for the state accreditation procedure, conducting an audit (residency level). Tatiana Bibik, NAA’s Deputy Director, spoke in detail about the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for the development of basic study programs for training highly qualified personnel - residency programs.
In conclusion to the second day session, NAA’s specialists responded to participants’ questions.
On April 22, the seminar was held in the form of video lectures. The listeners learned about the regulatory legal framework for state accreditation of educational activities, the procedure for submitting and receiving documents for conducting an external review in electronic form as well as digitalization of state accreditation procedure.
